We currently ship to the following 29 countries and regions. If your destination is not listed below, checkout will not offer a shipping option for that address.

  • Orders over $35.00: FREE Standard International Shipping.

  • Orders under $35.00: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to cover international handling and secure transit.

  • Optional Priority Handling: Available at checkout for those who require accelerated processing and enhanced tracking.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China..

  • Order Processing: 1 - 3 business days (includes a rigorous pre-shipment performance calibration).

  • Estimated Transit Time: 6 - 15 business days worldwide.

    • Note: Specific timelines depend on your local customs processing and postal service speeds.

3. THE KRYOZON "RETURN-FREE" GUARANTEE

We understand that international returns can be a hassle. To provide you with total peace of mind, we offer our signature Return-Free Guarantee:

  • If your KryoZon device arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, you do not need to ship it back.

  • Simply contact our support team with proof of the issue (photo or video), and we will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately, free of charge.

  • We prefer to focus on getting you back to peak performance rather than making you deal with international return logistics.

4. GLOBAL TRACKING

Every order is assigned an International Tracking Number once dispatched.

  • Confirmation emails are sent automatically upon shipping.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the international carrier network to update the status of your parcel.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
