The questions buyers ask.
What's the minimum order quantity?
5 units for business pricing. Below that, our retail site offers the same products at MSRP.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Buy a sample unit at standard retail price. Once you place a qualifying bulk order (10+ units), we refund the sample cost in cash against that order.
Can I put my own logo on the product and packaging?
Yes, starting at 100 units per SKU. Contact us for a quote based on your logo, placement and packaging requirements.
How does the warranty work?
12 months from date of invoice. For DOA or in-warranty failures, send a photo or short video and we'll arrange a replacement. Depending on the issue and order volume, we may ask for the faulty units to be returned for inspection.
