Most KryoZon coolers are powered via USB-C or USB-A. A standard 5V/2A adapter or any USB port on your laptop will work for most models. The H7 Cooling Pad uses its included 9V/3A adapter for maximum cooling performance. Check the product page for setup details.

Most models can run from a standard USB port. The H7 requires its included 9V/3A adapter. For maximum TEC cooling performance on models like the H1 MAX, a dedicated power adapter is recommended.

Phone coolers (S9, S6, K12) use their own power source �� they do not draw power from your phone. You'll need to connect them to a USB power source separately.

The H1 MAX, H1 PRO, and H4 PRO fit 12" to 18" laptops. For direct-contact TEC cooling, align the cooling module with a metal bottom panel. The H7 Cooling Pad supports laptops up to 21".

The K12 uses magnetic attachment and works best with MagSafe-compatible cases or without a case. The S9 and S6 use a clip-on design that works with most cases up to 3mm thick.

Yes. All KryoZon phone coolers are universal and work with any smartphone regardless of brand or operating system. The K12 magnetic cooler provides the best experience with MagSafe-enabled devices.

Our semiconductor TEC models can reduce surface temperature by up to 22��C below ambient �� independently lab-verified. Actual results depend on the device, workload, and environmental conditions.

TEC stands for Thermo-Electric Cooler. It uses the Peltier effect to actively pump heat from one side of a semiconductor chip to the other, creating a cold plate that can go below room temperature. This is fundamentally different from fans, which can only cool down to ambient temperature at best.

Most models operate at 25dB or below �� quieter than a whisper. The S9 uses a fanless cooling head with a near-silent pump rated below 30 dB in lab conditions.
