Before you request a return, please note:

  • Returns require prior approval. We do not provide a return address until your request is reviewed. Items shipped back without approval will not be accepted.
  • For phone coolers and laptop coolers (electronic accessories), opened or used items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • Defective items qualify for free replacement via our Return-Free Guarantee — no need to ship the item back.

1. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $35.00: FREE Standard International Shipping.
  • Orders under $35.00: A flat rate of $6.99 for international handling and secure transit.
  • Priority Handling: Available at checkout for accelerated processing and enhanced tracking.

2. Delivery Timelines

All orders are dispatched from our Global Operations Center.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (includes pre-shipment performance calibration).
  • Estimated Transit: 6–15 business days worldwide.

Specific timelines depend on your local customs processing and postal service speeds.

3. Tracking

Every order is assigned an International Tracking Number once dispatched. Confirmation emails are sent automatically upon shipping. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier network to update your parcel status.

4. Packaging

To protect delicate components like cooling fins and fan motors, all Kryozon products are housed in reinforced, shock-absorbent packaging — ensuring your hardware arrives ready to deliver maximum thermal relief.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Recipients are responsible for any local import duties or taxes levied by their destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details.


6. Return-Free Guarantee for Defects

If your Kryozon product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, you do not need to ship it back. Simply contact our support team with proof of the issue (photo or video), and we will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately, free of charge.

We focus on getting you back to peak performance — not making you deal with international return logistics.

7. Standard Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For electronic products (phone coolers & laptop coolers), we do not accept returns for used or opened items unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

8. Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. For defective electronics, we will typically send a free replacement or process a full refund without requesting a return.

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a functional product is to contact our support team for a free replacement — we will ship a new item immediately without requiring a return. If you prefer a different model, we can assist with a partial refund or discount on a new order.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Opened or used electronic accessories

11. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. For EU returns, we will provide a return address upon approval.

12. Refunds

Once we review your request, we will confirm if a refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
